Maine Savings Federal Credit Union is seeking a candidate for a full-time, 40 hour per week position in our company call center. This position provides first call resolution to meet credit union member needs involving banking transactions, account inquiries, credit and debit card assistance and all aspects of online/mobile banking.
The successful candidate will meet member needs by completing requested transactions and/or providing information requested. The candidate we select will develop a thorough knowledge of products, services and systems, and is able to support all member needs utilizing multiple delivery channels. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with excellent telephone customer service skills, and call center experience is desired. Service excellence is the highest priority of the position, and rotating Saturday hours from 9:00 - 3:00 are required.
This position may be considered for remote work provided the candidate meets all of the remote work requirements.
