Reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations, this role will serve as a key point of contact and liaison for clients, thus requires a background in client relationship
management, excellent writing and communication skills, high attention to detail, and budget oversight. Must have the ability to understand work scope, identify deliverables and associated tasks, learn and recommend systems and processes to enable on-time delivery of Member Marketing initiatives, all the while exceeding business goals and client expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Oversee the production and execution of marketing deliverables used to promote member awareness, consideration, selection, engagement, loyalty and advocacy of Premise health centers, products, and services
- Responsible for clear documentation and usage of project management tools to: define project scope, requirements, and milestones necessary to implement marketing strategies; develop and manage timelines; set or adhere to established budgets
- Define actionable project plans that enable in-house and/or external agencies to deliver highly effective creative expressions across various offline/online channels, ensuring messaging is relevant for targeted audience population(s)
- Identify, allocate, and collaborate with project resources required to accomplish project tasks
- Represent Member Marketing as the internal and external point of contact and liaison with clients, operations leaders, health center team members, and implementation Project Managers for the successful onboarding of clients, setting the stage for collaborative ongoing partnerships
- Make recommendations to maximize site level Member Marketing investments and track project budgets
- Create highly polished professional presentations effectively communicating Member Marketing Project plans and progress-to-date against key milestones
- Recognize barriers to success and recommend solutions
- Ensure marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the enterprise and site-level business strategies
- Coordinate review and approval processes by internal stakeholders and clients; proof/QA deliverables to ensure alignment against site/client branding nuances and provided feedback
- Work with internal team to ensure campaign/project tracking is enabled, and performance analyzed for use in future campaign development

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
Experience:
- 4+ years direct-to-consumer marketing or communications experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Project management platforms like Wrike and/or Monday preferred
- Experience with marketing channels, including email, direct mail, web, social, print and events
- Believes in the importance of planning and organizing work and appropriately balances flawless execution with continuous improvement – especially important given scale of potential high-profile client assignment(s) for this role
- Able to manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders across varying timelines
- Crystal clear communication, both written and oral
