- Provide support to the Association Director.
- Assist members of multiple associations with inquiries related to membership and accessing services.
- Process and approve membership applications and renewals.
- Maintain and update membership records/databases.
- Assist with member communications (newsletters, social media, renewal notices, etc.)
- Collect data, track membership statistics, and prepare reports.
- Implement already developed strategies to recruit new members and retain existing members.
- Participate in client meetings related to events/membership and record minutes.
- Provide onsite support for conferences when necessary. Provide additional administrative support to Ngage’s leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support.
- Previous work in an association, non-profit, or membership-based organization, is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook), Asana or project management experience a plus.
- Experience with association management software and/or online event management software.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
