Location: Portsmouth, NH

Hours: M-F 8:00-5:30, rotating Saturday schedule


We support both the hybrid remote and fully on-site work approaches. The hybrid work model requires 2 days in the office each week and is available after the initial 8 week training period (3-4 weeks of training in our Portsmouth, NH Contact Center with the remainder of time in the home Contact Center). Please note there is always potential to be required to work in the office due to employer needs and/or employee performance.


Role:

Assist the Member Care Manager to develop and maintain a highly cohesive team through being a positive role model, mentoring and decision-making. Participate and/or Lead In service training and mentoring activities to maintain, improve and share successful member service techniques and practices.

Lead by example in consistent demonstration of being experience driven – people focused, leading from your seat, empowering excellence and being a force for good. Provide quality service to members, colleagues and staff, and strive to exceed service expectations. Always act in a professional, friendly manner. Complete work timely and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) Completion of specialized courses of study at a business or trade school, or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program
  • Proficient communication skills i.e., verbal and written
  • Must have in depth understanding of and ability to interpret and keep up to date with applicable laws and regulations surrounding area of responsibility
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Keep up to date and participate in all required compliance and credit union training
  • Ability to motivate, influence and train others. This position requires a significant level of trust and diplomacy.

Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to other Member Care locations will be required for ongoing training, meetings, and/or to provide support.
