Canopy Credit Union is looking for a purpose driven individual to join our creative community as a Member Advocate I.


This position will be headquartered at our Spokane Valley Branch with expectations of working at other branch locations as needed.

Responsible for providing excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Assists members with the status of accounts, furnishes information on loans, products, fees and services. Facilitates help and guidance for member utilizing Teller Connect. Courteously and promptly resolves member questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate personnel.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet members as they enter the Branch lobby
  • Process necessary information and educate the members as to services/products. (For example, Visa check card, online banking, interactive teller, etc.)
  • Assist with wide variety of customer services including notary, close accounts, check orders, making debit/credit cards, online banking questions, etc.
  • Process daily mail and night drop
  • Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Experience

Up to 6 months of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience


Education/Certifications/Licenses

High school education or GED
