Duties
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosage and schedule
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Document medication administration and any observed changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Assist with the maintenance of medical records and documentation
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in patient care, preferably in assisted living, home care, hospital, or acute care settings
- Ability to accurately administer medications and follow prescribed dosage instructions
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices
- Understanding of dementia care principles and techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
