The Medical Services Worker is a part time employee who is responsible for providing basic first aid, first responder services and enhanced care recommendations for guests, clients and coworkers.

- Provide basic medical assistance at the Ford Wyoming Center.
- Perform lifting and moving of patients based on injuries or illness
- Communicate with medical personnel from other agencies as required.
- Complete all medical reports, patient refusals, and incident reports as required.
- Maintain first line communications with the public; answer questions and resolve routine issues
- Principles of emergency medical care.
- Appropriate patient care and treatment.
- Proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Proper use of medical equipment.
- Provide medical care at the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) Basic level.
- Lift and/or assist others in the lifting and moving of injured or ill patients.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Interact in a professional manner with staff, participants, and guests in a positive helpful manner.
- A minimum of six months experience as an EMT-B or higher, or as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Completion of an EMT or Nursing program approved and certified by the State of Wyoming.
- Approved certification by the State of Wyoming as an EMT-Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic.

- Licensed in the State of Wyoming as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
