Position Type: Enjoy the stability of full-time, permanent employment with flexible scheduling options. We have two openings available:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10-hour night shifts
Call Schedule: No call required, allowing you to focus on your work-life balance.
Experience: Preferably, you'll have at least 2 years of experience in the field. ASCP certification is a must.
Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, you'll work as a generalist in the laboratory, with occasional opportunities to serve as the sole tech on staff. Strong proficiency in Blood Bank operations is essential for success in this role.
Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience level:
- MLT New Grads: Starting at $22.50 - $37.50 / hour.
- MT New Grads: Starting at $24.75 - $40.00 / hour
