- A high school diploma, its equivalent, or higher degree is required.
- A minimum of three months previous hospital or medical-surgical clinic experience as a military corpsman, or nursing attendant.
- Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
