Practice Manager Responsibilities: The Practice Manager, reporting directly to the owner, oversees day-to-day operations, including the Front Desk, Administrators, and Practitioners. Responsibilities include human resources management, supervision of operational staff, hiring, and contributing to business growth strategies. The role focuses on maintaining optimal operational standards, ensuring compliance, managing client satisfaction, and collaborating with healthcare providers.
The compensation is salary-based with health insurance, employee discount, voluntary benefits, and 401K offered. Salary will be determined based on the skillset.

- Proven experience in practice management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to lead a high-performance team
- Knowledge of human resources practices, including employee management, orientation, and termination processes
- Excellent communication skills for effective staff training, meetings, and collaboration with healthcare providers
- Ability to contribute to business growth strategies, including revenue goal setting and tracking
- Familiarity with inventory and cost management
- Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare operations
- Prior experience in client satisfaction management and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining operational protocols, policies, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field preferred.
