We are looking for a fun, outgoing, patient, team oriented individual that likes to be around people and problem solving. Primary responsibilities of this position would include:
● Take ownership over the function and presentation of the waiting room.
● Turn on lights, fountain, computers and the LED sign switch located in the utility closet.
● Turn on pre-set music from Spotify account by saying, “Alexa, play ‘Acoustic chill’, ‘just good music’, “soft & happy” or “chill hits” playlist from Spotify ON THE WHOLE OFFICE Group”
● Unlock the front door at SOD, and lock at EOD.
● Straighten and sterilize the waiting room at SOD & EOD and as needed.
● Check the office email and respond to appointment requests and and patient questions.
● Check voicemails, emails, missed calls, and respond to them asap.
● Sterilize and prep waiting room ipads for patients.
● On rainy or snowy days, swiffer mop the waiting room at lunch and as needed throughout the day to maintain a safe and clean environment.
● Manage pre-collections calls on a monthly basis.
● Verify patients have agreed to receive text and email messages from us as they check in on the ipads.Helping patients make appointments, work with insurance companies to get procedures covered, prepare the front desk for patients each day and keep that area clean and tidy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
