Job Summary:

The QA Coordinator's primary responsibility involves meticulously auditing reports to identify typographical errors and verify content accuracy. They play a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of quality in the reports they handle. Their duties encompass managing assigned reports, conducting audits, facilitating communication with experts, overseeing the report's progress to its final stage, and ultimately delivering the completed report to the client.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly examine Medical Reports to validate the precision of medical content and scrutinize Medical Reports to ensure grammatical correctness and clarity
  • Engage in proactive follow-up communications with physicians regarding the status and details of the report(s)
  • Serve as a vital intermediary for conveying specific requests and instructions between physicians, law firms, and insurance companies, ensuring seamless and accurate communication throughout the process
  • Handles and responds promptly to all incoming calls, e-mails or faxes both internally and externally

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in medical office or customer service roles, including patient interactions and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office for document management and communication
  • Template versatility, adept at navigating different formats
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software

Education and Experience:

  • Associate preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Experience in a medical or customer service environment preferred 

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 7-hour shift/1-hour paid lunch

Work Location: Remote, but NY, NJ, MA preferred

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
