Headlands ATS is seeking a FULL TIME Medical Records Support Specialist. This is primarily an administrative position performing back office duties.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive and execute patient documentation requests (i.e. FMLA, short term disability claims, doctor's letter) in a timely manner
• Working under the business information management division to complete various administrative tasks
• Other patient-related compliance duties

Successful Candidate MUST have the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history
• At minimum 1-2 years of healthcare setting handling patient care
• Proficiency with EMR software, Microsoft Office, pdf editor
• EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• EXTREME attention to detail
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Medical Assistant certification
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
• Ability to quickly build and maintain good rapport with others

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
