```Duties```
- Maintain and update Medical Records in a timely and accurate manner
- Contact patients to pre-register for new appointments
- Organize and file medical documents and records
- Retrieve and prepare Medical Records for patient appointments
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all Medical Records
- Assist with data entry and record management tasks
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Degree
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
