SalaryResponsibilities:
- Organize and maintain Medical Records in a healthcare setting
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information
- Process release of information requests in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide coverage for Front Office staff during lunch breaks when necessary.
- Performs other duties as instructed by the office manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
