High School graduate with two (2) years’ experience or equivalent qualification in ambulatory medical office setting. Familiarity with medical terminology and Electronic Health Records systems preferred. Proven computer, organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail are also required.
Under the supervision of the Lead Health Information Management Associate, serves as coordinator of all outgoing provider correspondence at Pioneer Valley Cardiology Associates. Consistent with the standards established by Pioneer Valley Cardiology physicians, ensures that appropriate information is sent from our office to outside referring providers.
This is a 20-25 hour, in-office position. Those hours may be worked at minimum over the course of 4 days per week but must be done Monday - Friday. All hours worked must fall in the hours of 8am- 5pm. This is largely a one task position. Managing an in basket/inbox and faxing out the appropriate provider notes to outside practices.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
