We are hiring for our client, which is a growing Medical Practice in Manhattan.
We are looking for a Medical Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who comes to work full of possibilities, ideas, and a will for execution: Someone who lifts the environment, motivates staff, welcomes the community, and leads with an example; hands-on! Leading from startup- to enterprise.
Must know the depth of fundamentals of a Medical Practice. Front desk, intake/triage, Insurances, RCM, Clinical workflow, HR, Compliance, Finance, and be able to use metrics from each of the functional areas to drive decision making. Wearing hats anywhere from front desk to clinical flow and field ops action plan.
Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the table and work with management to execute from 0-60 and from local to national framework. Use time management, project management and program management as inherent qualities to meet the goals and objectives of C-Leadership.
Strategize :
Provide net-new practical ideas, Will be able to collaborate, measure, and provide C-level support with growth initiatives, with expansion and results as a priority. Develop and execute patient and revenue growth strategies, Analyze market dynamics, patient experience and trends, ability to collaborate, measure, and provide C-level support growth initiatives.
Plan: Will be responsible for identifying, assessing, designing, and formalizing new business plans, programs and/or partnerships to support growth. This will include monitoring qualitative and quantitative market trends to proactively identify new business opportunities to expand and strengthen market position, including individual service line level.
Analyze: Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, capital investment, onboarding activity, future performance and operating forecasts.
Performs economic research and studies in revenue, expected reimbursement, rates of return, accounts receivables, reserves, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
