An established medical billing company is planning to expand its business and also create a new department to offer other back-office functions like pre-cert, credentialling, document processing/indexing, appointment scheduling / reminders, handling recalls for office visits / procedures, medical assistants, etc.

The new department head should be able to:

1. Market these services and find new Medical Practices as clients.

2. Able to identify all potential functions of these practices that can be effectively outsourced.

3. Implement and train the staff to handle these functions and supervise to ensure high quality and timeliness.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of working in Medical Practice, preferably in a management role.

- Confident, outgoing personality needed for sales and marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
