MEDICAL PATIENT SERVICES RESPRESENTATIVE

We are a private pediatric practice with two locations in Raleigh (Brier Creek and near Rex Hospital). PSRs work out of both office locations. The PSR position involves:

• Checking patients in / out
• Collecting co-pays & balances
• Scheduling patients for appointments
• Updating demographic information
• Routing phone calls appropriately

We are open 7 days a week, with limited hours on the weekends, which this position would work once a month/as needed.

Those applying should have reliable transportation, be able to work M-F full-time (8-5/8:30-5:30) and some medical experience (although we are willing to train the right people). All patient service representatives are required to work one evening a week and one holiday per year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
