We are looking for a Medical Only Claims Representative who will play a vital role in investigating and managing all aspects of medical-Only Claims. The position requires someone who is organized with good time management skills, and who can multi-task while remaining calm and focused. You’ll maintain phone and written contact with all necessary parties to verify coverage and to investigate, manage and resolve medical-Only Claims promptly and accurately. The position requires working a hybrid schedule in our Calabasas office. This is an excellent early-career opportunity to learn and grow as a Claims professional. Join us and make a difference!

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Some office experience required, ideally 6 months to 3 years handling California Medical Only claims
• California Medical Only Claims Adjuster designation preferred
• Excellent communication skills required, in both written and verbal form
• Must be able to work with accuracy and speed with a variety of internal and external contacts
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize and resolve or report issues not previously encountered
• Must have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Must be self-motivated as this is a hybrid work-from-home/in-office position
• A high school diploma required; more advanced education a plus
