Medical Office Specialist Wanted

Western Wisconsin Urology is seeking a positive, hardworking individual to join our front office team. This individual must have the ability to work in a fast pace environment and multi-task while providing outstanding customer service. Our ideal applicant will be a team driven candidate with strong communication skills, organizational skills and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities of this position include:

· Answering phones

· Scheduling patient appointments

· Processing incoming patient records

· Chart preparation

· Data Entry

· Other appropriate front office tasks.

High School or GED required. Medical Office Specialist or medical assistant degree and/or certification preferred. Previous Medical Office experience to include multi-line telephone, data entry, and customer service required. EPIC experience strongly preferred.

This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday. Hours range between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm. Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
