Busy Medical and Behavioral Health offices: Warren, Pine Bluff

Medical Office Specialist

• Answering phone, greeting patients
• Managing the master calendar to ensure that patients are scheduled as appropriate
• Ensure Providers are scheduled with a smooth workflow
• Checking patients in and out
• Handling preauthorization and referrals
• Verifying insurance eligibility
• Collecting patient balances
• Scanning and Routing documents

The ideal candidates must be highly organized, reliable, and have excellent people skills. Must be able to multi-task and work independently.

Medical office experience and knowledge necessary. Technical experience with Excel, EMR, and Word is essential.

Office Hours:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5PM
