SalaryFull time Customer Service Specialist Position at Pediatric Practice. Valley Kidz Clinic is seeking a person who is eager to greet patients and can demonstrate excellent customer service skills at a busy pediatric practice. We are looking for a team player who can multi-task and enjoys detailed work.
Job requirements and skills:
* Greet patients, performs registration duties, answer multi-line phone;
* Verifies insurance, collects co-pays and past due balances;
* Answers routine questions, schedules appointments;
* Prepares medical records, post money, capable of balancing money;
* Computer skills, enters & updates patient data, has insurance knowledge;
* Must be able to multi-task and handle pressure, Dependable, and has great customer service skills;
* Experience in researching Insurance Eligibility and Benefits through Insurance Websites to check eligibility.
* Must be reliable, come to work on time and everyday!
This is a front desk position that will require you to be NICE to people all day long! You must also need to be comfortable collecting money from people.
One year of medical experience is preferred, pediatric experience is helpful but we will train the right person. This is a great place to work if you have a positive attitude and are a team player.
