The Urology Group is recruiting for a Front Desk Specialist to work the front desk at our Medical Office in our Crestview Hills, KY office. The position is full time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday.

Summary:  Provides support with the daily activities of a Medical Office including patient registration including check in and check out, appointment scheduling ,telephone coverage, insurance verification, trains to work in our pharmacy obtaining verifications on medications, ordering medications, processing refills, etc. Must be willing to travel to our Lawrenceburg, Indiana office when needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
