Medical Office Administrative Assistant
We are a practice that values patient satisfaction and consistent quality care above all else. We’re currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator with a variety of front desk responsibilities. JobResponsibilities:
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and answers or refers inquiries.
- Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and exam room availability by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Keeps patient appointments running on time by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, effectively communicating any significant details about a particular appointment.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information, as needed.
- Notifies management when office inventory and administrative supplies need ordering.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort.
Work Hours and Payroll:
Paychecks are issued every other Friday.
Mon: 8:30 – 4:30
Tues: OFF
Wed: 8:20 - 4:30
Thurs: 8:20 – 4:30
Fri: Every other Friday from 8:20- 12:30

Education, Experience:
- University/college degree is an asset but not a requirement.
- Familiarity with Medical Office functioning / phone systems / medical software preferred.
