Endocrine Specialists, PC is currently seeking a Call Center Representative who will be a friendly and helpful first contact for patients, pharmacies, and anyone else who may call our office. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping patient needs at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Triaging incoming calls appropriately, addressing needs of callers in a timely manner and escalating calls where necessary
- Identify patient needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality
Skills
- Strong customer service background
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity basic computing and internet navigation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively, and stay organized
- High school degree
