Fast paced Medical Marijuana facility is seeking a very friendly, compassionate, front desk receptionist. Candidate must work well under pressure for a busy, well-established clinic. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, efficient, punctual, organized and self-motivated. The candidate must have knowledgeable experience with computers and EMR software, be able to follow instruction, possess the ability to answer a high volume of calls, work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism at ALL times, be flexible, be willing to perform mainly front and some back office duties (as needed), maintain patient records, follow HIPAA laws, update patient information, manage telephones/email/fax, schedule patient appointments, collect payments, educate patients on the process of being certified for medical cannabis, and assist with marketing out it in the field. Previous medical experience is helpful but not required. Regular office hours are Mon- Fri from 8-4 with occasional Saturdays for community events and marketing. Candidate will cover shifts within those office hour time slots.

Schedule appointments
Check patients in/out
Process patients for follow up appointments
Collect payments
Input patient demographics/communication notes
Create profiles in Medical Marijuana Use Registry
Confirm appointments
Scan patient documentation
Data entry
Field Marketing
Educate and consult patients
Retail sales
*1099 POSITION- SALARY PAY FOR THIS POSITION IS $450.00 WEEKLY. HOURS NEEDED ARE MON, WED, FRI 8-3 and TUE, THURS 9-3. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. No health benefits offered at this time.
