Position: Mid-Level Medical Malpractice Paralegal
Salary: $64,000 Annually

Responsibilities:
Obtain, review, and analyze medical records, financial documents, tax records, and other relevant information.
Provide a meticulous medical record chronology to support case preparation.
Prepare trial materials, including trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
Compile evidence and supporting information through thorough research and investigation.
Efficiently manage files and documents, ensuring organization and accessibility.
Coordinate with support services, clients, opposing law firms, and courts.
Generate detailed status reports, logs, and indexes for case tracking.
Correspond with clients and opposing law firms professionally and effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Medical Malpractice defense experience.
Possess a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program, a Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
