Medical Lab Technician - Physician's Office

Labcorp in Birmingham has a unique opportunity available for a Medical Lab Technician (MLT_ - Physician's Office working Monday - Friday on day shift. Are you an experienced Medical Lab Professional? Schedule/Location: Main Birmingham OB/GYN Office at St. Vincent's working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm .
Job Description:

• Performs a variety of laboratory tests and assays in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations in a designated technical department.
• Interprets results, subject to verification by Technologist/Supervisor, and providing allowance by State regulations.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required
• 1 year of previous related experience required
• Phlebotomy skills required
• Proficient use of computers
• MLT certification preferred
