- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates Degree in chemical, physical or biological science or Medical Laboratory or equivalent education and training as outlined in CAP Personnel Requirements
- Current certification or registration required as an MLT within 3 months of graduation - ASCP preferred
- Prior experience preferred
- Ability to organize workload and handle multiple projects
- Perform well under stressful and demanding conditions
- Basic knowledge and understanding of computer operation
- Follows established standard operating procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- BLS required
