Salary- Job Title: Medical Lab Technician
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:25 - 07:00)
- Job Duration: 16(weeks)
- Description: 18.25-07.00am
Must work Memorial Day and July 3rd/4th.
May be needed as much as every other weekend.
16 week contract! **MUST BE FLEXIBLE**
***This role is not suitable for a candidate with experience as a only a generalist***
Required Experience:
1. MLT or MLS from ASCP
2. Epic – HIS, Beaker – LIS, SoftBank, Ortho Vision analyzer and/or Ortho ProVue or Manual Gel testing
3. Experience with neonates, adults, sickle cell patients and oncology/hematology patients
4. Experience with transfusion blood bank services (not donor center)
5. Experience at Hospital with 300+ beds within the last year
Looking for candidates who have recent experience working in Blood Bank on the bench routinely and have experience with neonatal products preparation and massive transfusion all with minimal training needed
