Medical Front Desk Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and provide exceptional customer service. This is a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience during their visit.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about the Medi Weightloss program.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments, including booking and modifying appointments
- Handle patient complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning documents into patient charts, data entry, and faxing
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in the medical field, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical records
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and every other Saturday
