Medical Equipment Delivery Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Medical Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the delivery, installation, and maintenance of Medical Equipment. Your role will involve working closely with healthcare professionals and patients to ensure the proper functioning of Medical Equipment. Duties: - Deliver and install Medical Equipment at healthcare facilities and patient homes - Provide training to healthcare professionals and patients on the proper use and maintenance of Medical Equipment - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Medical Equipment - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide timely solutions - Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, repairs, and maintenance activities - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the appropriate selection and setup of Medical Equipment for patient needs - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when handling Medical Equipment Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and patients - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to drive various vehicles including box trucks, tractors, trailers, etc. - Proficiency in loading and unloading equipment safely - Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
