This role represents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team with established products and an entrepreneurial mindset. The Business Manager - Latin America will lead and support strategic priorities within Spectrum Vascular, driving top priorities for SV patients, caregivers and facilities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Define the scope and roadmap for the specific project; partnering with all interdependent functions and regions.
  • Execute an effective governance process to track progress and report out to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Implement effective change management to ensure key stakeholders are onboard with the work and brought along.
  • Work with key operations and commercial stakeholders to define relevant functional 3-5 year strategy plans.
  • Measure value capture of the initiative.
  • In addition to project leadership, provide a strategic viewpoint on the process, potential improvements, and areas of opportunity.
  • Predict risk factors and mitigate them for successful completion of program objectives.
  • Influence teammates and leaders who do not have direct reporting relationships.

Role Qualifications:

  • Strong business process knowledge and experience in Medical Devices.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence a business transformation and large-scale program management.
  • Strong project / program management skillset, including scoping, execution / tracking, metrics, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and change management.
  • Ability to create and gain buy-in for business cases and value creation, and see through to realization.
  • Strong ability to communicate at the executive level.
  • Ability to work across regions, divisions and functions to influence change across the organization.
  • Visible to Executive team in driving transformation.
  • Provide direction and scope guardrails to workstream leaders.
  • Ability to resolve cross team conflicts.
  • Exceptional teaming & collaboration both internally & externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Ideal background is either 2-4 years of work experience in Consulting or Medical Device fields
  • Strong technical education (i.e., operations, engineering, program management, finance, etc.)
  • BS required, MBA desired
  • Project management certifications a plus
