Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 12-month Contract
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Assembler to join our team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing Medical Device assemblies, final products, and accessories in accordance with provided manufacturing documentation. This role requires the ability to diagnose and repair assemblies with limited supervision while ensuring compliance with company quality standards and Medical Device regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Assemble and test finished and semi-finished Medical Devices following established work instructions.
- Document assembly and testing activities accurately in electronic record systems (such as SAP) and paper records, adhering to all work rules, policies, and procedures.
- Perform top-level and sub-assembly diagnosis and repair as necessary.
- Complete all training requirements promptly.
- Maintain a well-organized and professional work space.
Education / Experience / Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a team-oriented manufacturing environment is essential.
- Experience in a regulated environment, particularly within the Medical Device or pharmaceutical industry, is preferred.

- Proficiency with computer systems, including electronic record-keeping platforms.

Organizational Relationship/Scope:
This position will involve cross-functional collaboration with the Materials and Engineering groups as needed.
Working Conditions:
The role entails working in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.30 - $22.03 per hour
