Medical Credentialing Specialist
Prestige Staffing is searching for onsite role in Sandy Springs with an 8:00-5:00 weekly schedule. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and hourly pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities:

• Process applications and reappointment paperwork, checking for full completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and process significant amounts of verification and accreditation information, andmaintain and update accurate databases for both practitioners and facilities.
• Obtain pertinent education, training, experience, and licensure content.
• Prepareregular auditing, as well as maintain close communication with all appropriate practitioners to ensure that records are up-to-date and consistent.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Program planning and implementation skills.
• Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements.
• Knowledge of Medical Credentialing and privileging procedures and standards.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and draw inferences from research findings, and prepare reports.
• Working knowledge of clinical and/or hospital operations and procedures.
• Informational research skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment to manage and impart confidential information.
• Database management skills including querying, reporting, and document generation.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
