Medical Courier

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Courier. As a Courier, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting packages and documents to their designated locations. This is a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Drive vehicles to transport packages and documents
- Load and unload packages from vehicles using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or hand trucks
- Ensure packages are properly secured and protected during transportation
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism and courtesy during interactions with customers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery, recipient's signature, and any other required documentation

-Additional hours assisting with office clerical work may be available.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a courier or in a similar driving role is preferred
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including box trucks, vans, or tractor-trailers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or evenings if required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
