Full-time (40/hour per week)

About our Medical Coding and Review Specialist:

Our Medical Coding and Review Specialist is responsible for generating coding audits, as well as coordinating on-going efforts between CHS and ACO. They will work closely with the Director of Revenue for projects and provider education.

What we are looking for:

A compassionate individual that has a high school diploma and has a certification as a coder.

What you will do:

• Reviews provider charts and provides reports on findings.
• Answers questions from providers on coding matters.
• Identifies patterns of ineffective Coding and provides recommendations to director.
• Assists with quality initiatives for ACO partnership.
• Coordinates communication with ACO.
• Provides prompt response to provider coding questions.
• Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
