- Assign appropriate medical codes to diagnoses and procedures.

- Review and analyze patient records for accuracy and compliance.

- Ensure coding meets all legal and insurance regulations.

- Collaborate with medical professionals to clarify information.

- Generate accurate billing statements for healthcare services.

- Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy.

*Requirements:*

- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) qualification.

- Strong knowledge of Medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).

- Experience in medical billing procedures and insurance claims.

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Remote work setup with reliable internet connectivity.
