Medical Care Coordinator

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Skills:
- Medical administrative support experience preferred
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
