Job Responsibilities:
- Education and assisting client inquiries on insurance coverage
- Resolve billing inquiries from customers and referral sources and make adjustments or correct when appropriate
We have openings on the following teams;
- Confirmation Team
- Accounts Receivable Team
What We are Looking for:
- Recent graduate of Medical Billing program OR minimum of 1 year of Medical Billing experience
- Ability to deliver a great customer service experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Insurance experience preferred
- Strong Knowledge of medical coding systems, procedures, and documentation requirements.
About the Role:
Location: New Hope, MN (onsite)
Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $18/hour + Full Benefits
