Medical Billing Sales Executive
Remote, US
We have immediate openings with high-earning potential for motivated professionals to join our sales team in the U.S. Medical Billing and revenue cycle management market. This burgeoning industry valued at $6BB is on track to hit $14BB by 2030! This is a remote Sales Executive role to generate residual income for yourself years down the line via a profit-sharing percentage of all business you close. This is a remote, immediate hire-and-start opportunity.
Position Overview
As a Medical Billing Sales Executive, you will:
Be an integral part of a Business Development team driving the company forward by securing new business contracts with medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and private medical groups
Close deals with clients to outsource their Medical Billing and revenue cycle management activities to Limpid Global Solutions for a fraction of the cost they currently pay
Conduct prospecting phone calls, business development emails, and general client relationship management to bring new accounts under the LGS banner
Get paid a generous percentage of the revenue for each new client you bring that our administrative team will handle from there
Generate ongoing, residual revenue for yourself by closing a deal only one time! As long as the account is serviced by LGS - you get paid!

Billing for medical services can be a daunting task for many health professionals and businesses who 1) do not have sufficient personnel to perform billing properly or 2) are grossly overpaying their current billing service provider. Outsourced Medical Billing services have become an attractive opportunity for small, medium, and large healthcare companies as executives and providers are focused on decreasing costs and improving efficiency. As a result, hospitals, healthcare providers, physicians, and clinicians prefer to outsource their healthcare financial needs to low-cost, qualified third-party providers. When you sign a new client to LGS, our team then handles the work to:
Reduce their billing costs from 5-9%, down to 2-3%!
Capture their unpaid claims and reconcile languishing revenues for the business.
Minimize future claims denial rates to less than 5%
Expedite accounts receivable timelines to less than 25 days
Correctly process Medical Billing, coding, and invoicing
Optimize repayments, receivables, and collections
Responsibilities
Identify relevant leads in a variety of healthcare sectors and across the U.S.
Proactively outreach to prospective clients and close viable business opportunities.
Upwards communication of issues and ideas for improvement.
Support sales activities in general within a remote Sales Team setting.
Closely work with the VP of Business Development on processes, developments, and potential new accounts.
Keep the VP informed of any potential sales or related support you need to close prospects.
Support onboarding of clients for a smooth handoff to the LGS revenue cycle management team.
Bring the LGS value proposition to new customers.
Desired Background
3+ years of experience in a sales support, account manager, or sales representative role.
General knowledge of accounting, financial administration or bookkeeping is preferred.
A self-motivated, eager mentality to call new clients and close deals with our VP’s support.
Previous experience in the Medical Billing and coding industry is a major plus! Not required.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail/ Google Meet/ Google Docs) and Microsoft Office is preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills with persuasive, consultative sales skills.
Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred. Equivalent experience in a sales role or previous experience as a medical biller and coder will qualify for candidates who do not possess a degree.
Compensation
This position starts off as a strictly commission-based role. We are offering a lofty revenue share of 4% commission for the first year when you bring in clients, plus 1% residual commission thereafter for you every year until your clients are doing business with us. With even closing 3-4 medium accounts, you could be making $3K - $6K per month of residual income in a remote setting. When you close a doctor group or medical facility, you could be earning up to $10K - $12K of residual income from just that one deal! Base salaries can be provided at $52,000 after you have demonstrated commitment and landed your first 2 accounts.
