Medical Billing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises all employees in the billing departments.
• Determines job duties for each billing specialist and makes changes in procedure as necessary.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations for hiring, firing, and salary increases.
• Develops departmental processes and workflow for various billing functions including claims, invoices, documentations, electronic billing, denials,, re-bills, and CMN processing.

What We are Looking for:

• 3 years of experience in Medical Billing with at least one year in supervisory position
• Must have excellent communication, management, and leadership skills.
• Must be able to understand the company's billing software and troubleshoot.
• College degree preferred

About the Role:

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $65,000-75,000 (depending on experience)

Location: New Hope, MN (onsite)
