Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team with a rapidly growing National Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy? Our client specializes in IVIG, Biologics, Oncolytics, and TPN therapy and has achieved Inc 5000 recognition for four consecutive years. They are accredited by URAC, ACHC, Legit Script, NABP, and are currently operating in 44 states, with multiple infusion centers across the United States.
Key Duties:

• Ensure efficient billing of prescriptions, IVIG, and other biologics to all Major Medical payers, including out-of-network health plans for Home Infusion and Specialty product lines.
• Maintain the accuracy of billing and meet performance goals.
• Assist in resolving billing challenges while adhering to all regulatory and payer guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the patient experience.
• Uphold HIPAA, policies/procedures, and compliance requirements within the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum of (2) years of current Specialty Pharmacy billing experience.
• Proficiency in billing IVIG and other biologics.
• Experience with billing out-of-network health plan payors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with CPR+ billing software highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
