Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and collecting specimens
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, and managing medical records
