As a Podiatric Medical Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with our skilled podiatrist and support team, honing your clinical skills and gaining invaluable insights into the field of podiatry and specialty medical clinics in general. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting physician during patient examinations and treatments, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
2. Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, documenting within and maintaining patient records, and coordinating with insurance providers.
3. Preparing examination rooms, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
4. Taking patient histories, documenting vital signs, and assisting with diagnostic procedures.
5. Providing patient education and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal recovery and foot health.
6. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experience.

Salary: Starting at $37,000 (commiserate with experience)
