SalarySeeking a Medical Assistant for a busy Primary Care Physician’s Office . The qualified individual will run the medical office and will be responsible for day to day operations. Our position requires knowledge of healthcare systems operations. Must have the following qualifications to be considered and Only qualified candidates will be contacted:
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 to 5 years of current experience as a Medical Assistant/administrator.
- Must have proficient computer skills and extensive Electronic Medical Records knowledge (Practice Fusion a plus)
- Must possess a positive attitude, extensive medical knowledge, energetic and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Coding and Billing a plus. Knowledgeable of ICD 10 and CPT CODES a plus.
- Must be detailed-oriented, able to follow directions, adapt to change, must multi-task
- Bilingual Spanish and English is a must
- Proficient and comfortable with phlebotomy, EKG and taking vitals
- Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations
- Operating hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Competitive Pay Plus Bonus based on experience

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
