We're looking for a Medical Assistant who is highly motivated and enthusiastic about working with a team and meeting the goals of their patients. The successful candidate will work directly alongside physicians, assisting in their medical practices by scheduling appointments, referring patients to specialists and providing care and guidance to patients on their road to recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow instructions from the physician.
- Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses.
- Communicate with patients and physicians.
- Gain medical knowledge.
- Perform administrative tasks; Make appointments.
- Answer questions from patients.
- Greet and assist patients.
- Understand medical law, ethics, and financial regulations.
