SalaryWe are currently searching for full time back office Medical Assistant and also front office Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Back office MA
Provides assistance to clinical team through clinic and surgical center
Draw blood
Assist in ultrasound
Orders clinical supplies and keeping inventory
Cleans all the equipment, instruments and understands the sterilization process.
Works closely with clinical team to maintain all required logs
Ensures all appropriate consents
Assist and support anesthesiologist during in intubation and extubation, replacing anesthesia circuits and order anesthesia supplies.
Front office MA
Call leads and covert to the new patients
Schedule new/follow up patients
Makes reminder calls to patients scheduled for next day
Returns all patient voicemails throughout the day
Revises schedule during the day for cancellations/reschedule of all appointments
Notifies new patients of documents needed to submit prior to their appointment
Other front desk duties
Related duties assigned
Requirements:
Current Certified Medical Assistant.

Salary will be commensurate with previous experience.
