Requirements:
+ Certificate or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant or LVN school
+ IV Therapy Certification or experience providing IV Therapy
+ High school diploma
+ Dependable transportation
Responsibilities
- Support our Medical Spa patients by assisting with treatments, IV therapy, and vitamin injections.
- Ensure proper consent forms are obtained prior to preparing a patient for treatment.
- Superior communication skills allow you to connect with people and build strong relationships over the phone, text and email.
- Create and maintain charts, photos, and patient documentation. Update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Schedule and mange appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.
- Responsible for cleaning room and medical equipment in between each patient and at the end of the day.
- Follow-up with clients after procedures
- Monitor level of supplies and maintain inventory
- Manage and implement strategies for client retention
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity in accordance with HIPAA
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and excellent customer service
- Represent our practice in a professional manner at all times
- Upbeat and self-driven mentality that has a passion for both the medical and aesthetic world.
